covid-19 safety policy

COVID-19 SAFETY POLICY UPDATE - 26TH JUNE, 2021.

Due to the current lockdown of Greater Sydney until 9th July, 2021 we wish to advise that we will not be conducting Open Homes or Auctions during this time. We are, however, advised that we are able to conduct a private inspection of a property with ONE person in attendance. While we understand that this may be inconvenient, we have ensured that all of our properties now have a virtual inspection available to view. Please contact us to request an emailed virtual inspection. We have updated our COVID-19 Safety Policy below to reflect the current health situation:

Taking into account recent advice regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic, we wish to advise our clients and customers of the following steps Pinnacle Property Agents have taken to reduce the risk of the spread of infection:

We have suspended the conducting of Open Homes at this stage due to the lockdown of Greater Sydney imposed on 26th June, 2021. We will now be conducting virtual inspections of properties until we are able to resume Open Homes. Alternatively, if buyers wish to inspect a property physically, we are advised that we are able to show a single person the property under a private inspection. We will also be adhering to the following guidelines during these private inspections:

  • The wearing of masks AND disposable gloves at all times while on premises.
  • Ensuring physical distancing of greater than 1.5 metres is maintained (including the 4 square metre rule).
  • Promoting good hygiene on premises including the use of hand sanitiser and the sanitising of door handles / surfaces before and after each inspection.
  • Use of digital platforms where possible to discourage physical contact.
  • Keeping a detailed record of the person attending each inspection.
  • Ensuring that people with any symptoms of illness or those required to be isolating do not attend the property.

We may amend our policy as further restrictions or information comes to hand in order to maintain our commitment to the health and safety of our clients, customers, community and staff and we will keep you informed of these changes if and when they happen.
